TAO-Pilipinas is a women-led, non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization that provides technical assistance to urban and rural poor communities in the planning, development, and management of their settlements.

Our vision is to achieve sustainable human settlements that are inclusive, people-centered, environment-friendly, and promotes equitable distribution of and access to resources.

Our mission is to support participatory human settlements planning, development and management;  enhance technical knowledge and skills among stakeholders in the housing and urban development sector especially the marginalized groups; and advocate holistic urban development.
